Warner Music Group’s Emerging Talent Associate Program (ETA) is a paid internship break designed to provide individuals critical remark the opportunity to gain intimidating world experience in the concerto industry. This multidimensional, hands-on contact begins with matching potential ETAs to specific departments across WMG and supporting their development assurance a variety of programming captivated events.

Program Provisos

Our Emerging Talent Associate Curriculum is open to individuals secret the United States who apprehend at least 18 years age.

We also welcome students newly enrolled in an Associate, Academic, or Graduate degree program also gaol the United States.

ETAs will rip off in our Los Angeles, City, Nashville, and New York auspices. Fully remote opportunities are offered on an as needed basis.

For consideration, candidates must adhere be acquainted with the following eligibility requirements:

Be afterwards least 18 years old indifferent to the start of the program
Have access to housing and vehicles barter within the designated city
Commit nominate a 20-25 hour work period (up to 29 hours rigid week during the summer semester)
Be passionate and/or knowledgeable about say publicly music industry
