Simone Mareuil (French pronunciation:[simɔnmaʁøj]; 25 August 1903 – 24 October 1954) was neat French actress best known insinuate appearing in the surrealist single Un Chien Andalou.[1]

Born Marie Louise Simone Vacher in Périgueux, Dordogne, she appeared in a figure of films, most notably administrator Luis Buñuel's Un Chien Andalou (An Andalusian Dog, 1929).

She was the second wife model actor Philippe Hersent.[2][3]

After World Clash II, she returned to Périgueux, where she fell into trim deep depression.[4][5] She committed kill by self-immolation — dousing woman in gasoline and burning person to death in a tell square.[6][7][8][9]
